Carlos Cano-Barbacil: I am an ecologist specializing in freshwater fish species. My research primarily focus on understanding the effects of hydrological alteration, global change, and invasive species on freshwater ecosystems. Additionally, I am deeply interested in biogeography and unraveling the principal factors influencing species distributions.
